Spin & Win — prize terms
Who can enter
- Open to anyone aged 18 or over. One entry per person, identified by email
address. Re-opening the page returns your original prize — the wheel cannot
be spun a second time.

The prizes and the odds
Every spin wins one of the prizes below. The wheel's six segments are drawn
the same size for legibility; the chance of winning each prize is the
figure in this table, not one in six. Each prize can be won.

Claiming
- Your code must be first used within 14 days of the
spin. The expiry date is shown on your prize and in your email. Voucher credit
left over after that first visit does not expire.
- Show the code at the shop. One code per visit; codes cannot be combined
with another offer, promotion or voucher.
- Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, resold or
transferred, and apply to services only.
- Discounts and upgrades apply to a single service on one visit.
- Vouchers are spent in the shop on anything on the menu. If you
do not use the full value in one visit, the remainder stays on your account as
credit and you can spend it next time. We track the balance; ask us at any point
and we will tell you what is left.
- Free haircuts for a year means one haircut a month for
twelve months from your first visit, by appointment, with any available
barber. It is awarded on verification of the winning code.
- Prizes are subject to availability and to appointment availability. Entry
does not reserve an appointment.
Your data
- We collect your name, email address, optional Instagram handle and your
answer to one question, in order to issue and honour your prize. That is the
only basis on which we use it unless you tell us otherwise.
- We will email you your prize code. That email is part of delivering the
prize you asked for.
- If you give us your Instagram handle, we may send you one message
there about your prize. Reply STOP, or tell us at the shop,
and we will not message you again. Leaving the field blank means we will not
contact you on Instagram at all.
- Marketing is separate and optional. We only add you to our
marketing list if you ticked the box, and you can withdraw at any time
using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by asking us.
- Measuring our adverts is separate and optional too. If you
choose “Allow” on the banner, we load Meta’s pixel, which tells
Meta that someone arrived here from one of our adverts and whether they
entered. If you choose “No thanks”, nothing is loaded and nothing is
sent. Your prize and your odds are identical either way —
the draw does not know or care what you chose.
- You may ask us to show you, correct or delete your data at any time.
Contact the shop and we will action it.
- We do not sell your data.
General
- We may withdraw or change this promotion at any time. Codes already issued
stay valid to their expiry date.
- Entries that are automated, duplicated or fraudulent will be void.
- These terms are governed by Czech law.
